My Journey: From Survival to Sovereign Leadership

I understand what it means to feel broken, disconnected, and unsure if peace is even possible.

My journey began with profound loss—a miscarriage, my father's passing by suicide, and my mother's transition from COVID. Each experience cracked me open in ways I couldn't have imagined.

For years, I tried to "move on." But after reaching my own breaking point, I made a decision—to no longer live in survival mode, but to rise.

Through years of study and training in neuroscience, somatic practices, yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and spiritual alchemy, I discovered tools that helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and awaken to the truth that my pain was not my identity—it was my initiation.

Now, I walk beside women navigating deep emotional transitions—women who feel exhausted, disconnected, and "too smart" for generic advice. I help them bridge the science of the nervous system with the wisdom of the soul.
